We recently spent Easter at this hotel and had an incredible experience! the location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the glacial valleys and peaks. the hotel provided excellent organization and logistics, making our stay hassle-free. the domes were not only comfortable but also environmentally friendly, which we really appreciated. the food was outstanding, with delicious breakfast options and top-notch dinners. We also loved the variety of ingredients provided for self-made lunches during our hikes. the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. Our guides were exceptional, ensuring our safety and providing us with interesting insights about the landscape. Every moment of our stay was truly exceptional.
the communication about transfers could have been clearer. We encountered some confusion regarding the included transfers, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

The domes were cozy and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The meals were outstanding, with a great variety of options. We also appreciated the well-organized logistics and smooth transfers. It truly felt like a unique experience, unlike any other hotel stay.
The only downside was the lack of electricity and heating in our dome.

We had an amazing time staying in the domes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the mountains and easy access to hiking trails. One of the best aspects was the variety of hike options available, with different levels of difficulty and beautiful scenery.
The road leading to the camp was a bit challenging to navigate, especially with a regular sedan. It would have been helpful to have clearer directions or a map for finding the camp.

I recently stayed at Eco Camp in Torres del Paine National Park for 3 nights. The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with mountains on one side and a beautiful valley on the other. The Standard Dome we stayed in was cozy and the shared facilities were modern and clean. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even fixing a door issue late at night. The location, right next to the Torres, was incredible. They offered a simple but delicious breakfast and a 3 course dinner option.
We highly recommend this hotel.
